SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wool primary treatment, in particular to methods of the wool fat in detergent solutions concentration monitoring with the wool machine washing. Claimed wool fat in detergent solutions concentration monitoring method with the wool machine washing involves obtaining, by a known method, of the four ether extracts from the taken from the washing plant baths detergent solution with volume of 25 m3, after which the extracts combined volume is measured, washing them with distilled water and drying the resulting wool fat to constant weight. At the stage of the ether extracts combined volume measuring, taking 5 cm3 of the solution into the metal cup with a capacity of 20 cm3 with a constant mass, from which ether is driven off in a water bath, after which a cup with wool fat is dried for no more than a quarter of an hour and holding in the desiccator for ten minutes. Then the cup with fat is weighed on the analytical scales, and for the method of its concentration monitoring in detergent solutions the wool fat concentration in the detergent solution is calculated by the formula: , where m - weight of the wool fat in cup, g; V1 is the four ether extracts total volume in a cylinder with a capacity of 250 cm3, V2 is the ether extracts in a cup (5 cm3) volume, taken for the wool fat concentration monitoring, cm3.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the wool washing efficiency, promptness of the wool machine washing process technological monitoring, as well as a reduction in the detergents consumption.
