METHOD OF CONTROLLING SOLID RESIDUAL OF WASHING LIQUIDS IN MACHINE WASHING OF WOOL Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC G01N15/06

SUBSTANCE: method comprises measuring the density of washing liquid in g/cm³ with simultaneous measurement of the temperature of the test solution in the washing unit bath, followed by subsequent determination using triaxial nomogram on density in g/cm³, and temperatures in °C of dry residual of washing liquid in g/dm³. The method enables to increase the performance of the registration and control of dry residue of the washing liquid, as well as to reduce inter-control intervals and thereby increase the intensity and effectiveness of the process control of washing wool. The solid residual of washing liquid is determined using a developed triaxial nomogram configured from the family of parallel linear dependencies of density of washing liquids on their temperature in the washing unit baths for the fixed values of solid residual of washing liquids and diagram of dependency of solid residual of washing liquid on the density of washing liquid at a temperature of 40°C.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of washing wool, speed of technological process control of machine washing wool, reduction of the amount of detergents.
