FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an olefin resin and a process for its preparation. Such olefin resin contains olefin polymer (R1). Above olefin polymer consists of a polymer chain and a side polymer chain. Above olefin resin satisfies requirements (I)–(V). I) melting peak (Tpl) is 60–130 °C and heat of fusion ΔH at the peak of melting is 5–150 J/g. II) percentage of E (% by weight) soluble in o-dichlorobenzene at 20 °C or lower part and heat of fusion ΔH meet certain requirements. III) glass transition temperature Tfrom is minus 80–30 °C. IV) spin-spin relaxation time T2 of the most highly mobile component, obtained by means of a four-component approximation by the Lorentz function, performed for the free-induction decay curve is 150–500 msec and the relative content of this component is 15–50 %. V) characteristic viscosity [η], measured in decalin at 135 °C is 0.1 to 12 dl/g.
EFFECT: technical result is an improvement in the heat resistance and a decrease in the stickiness of the olefin resin, which has excellent optical properties and frost resistance, as well as an improved balance between these physical properties.
