FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric thermoplastic compositions intended for manufacture of articles with increased level of gasoline-oil resistance – seals, belts, conveyor belts, hoses, and parts with increased ozone and weather resistance. Composition contains components at the following ratio, pts. wt.: natural rubber (90); polyvinyl chloride (10); zinc oxide (4.5); stearic acid (0.45); calcium stearate (0.5); Captax (0.63); sulfur (2.7). Natural rubber and polyvinyl chloride are separated from latex mixture by the action of polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride.
EFFECT: provides increased resistance of vulcanizate thermoplastic elastomer composition to effect of organic liquids and corrosive media while maintaining its deformation-strength properties.
