FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to amorphous magnetic materials and processing methods and can be applied as a material in electronics and instrumentation engineering. Intensive plastic deformation is performed by twisting under quasi-hydrostatic pressure at cryogenic temperature. Deformation is performed in Bridgeman furnace at 1-10 turns of mobile anvil, which corresponds to true logarithmic deformation degree ε=4-7. Intensive plastic deformation is performed at the temperature of 77 K.
EFFECT: manufacturing of item out of magnetically soft nanocrystalline amorphous alloy with high saturation induction and low coercive force.
