FIELD: manufacture of soldered magnetic circuits and parts of magnetic systems made from magnetically soft iron and cobalt alloys 18 KX, 27 KX at elevated Curie point and increased magnetic permeability, manufacture of low-thrust electric jet engines, in particular.
SUBSTANCE: parts are coated with nickel phosphoride which is simultaneously used as solder changing to melt at vacuum annealing temperatures. Selected heating and cooling conditions at vacuum annealing exclude thermal deformation of thin-walled parts and subsequent finishing of parts which is likely to impair magnetic properties. Modes selected for treatment of parts make it possible to obtain coarse-grain structure of parent metal at optimal magnetic properties and high-strength seal at penetration of 90-95%.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
