FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anticorrosion treatment of metal substrates. Aqueous solution consists of at least one compound which dissociates in an aqueous solution to zirconium-fluorine or titanium-fluorine complexes, at least one water-soluble compound which releases metal cations selected from the group consisting of iron ions, copper ions and silver ions, and a water-soluble alkoxysilane containing at least one epoxy group, and, optionally, a buffer system for setting the pH value. Solution is substantially free of phosphates and chromium, and said alkoxysilane is [3-2(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl]trimethoxysilane, [3-2(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl]triethoxysilane, [3-2(2,3-epoxypropoxy)-propyl]methyldiethoxysilane, [3-2(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl]methyldimethoxysilane, [3-2(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl]dimethylethoxysilane or a combination thereof, which is free of silanes having amino groups.
EFFECT: aqueous conversion solution, used as pretreatment for applying an additional coating, and a method of coating metal substrates providing adhesion characteristics that exclude the risk of rust penetration through the lacquer.
