FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and physiotherapy, and can be used to treat endometrial dysfunction. To do this, intrauterine instillation of the solution of placental hydrolyzate in a dose of 112 mg/2 ml once in 2 days, for a course of 3–5 intrauterine procedures. Between intrauterine procedures, intravenous placental hydrolyzate is administered at 4–6 ml after dilution with 200 ml of 0.9 % saline in a course of 7–10 injections. At the same time, daily physiotherapy is carried out using an infrared laser with a wavelength of 0.59–0.89 mcm, a pulse power of 5 W and a pulse repetition rate of 50–1,500 Hz daily on the abdomen with an exposure of 3–5 minutes for each projection zone of the uterus and appendages, course of 10 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides adequate growth of endometrium, improvement of its echostructure and blood flow parameters in the uterine artery basin, increased thickness and receptor sensitivity of the endometrium, stimulation of angiogenesis and a decrease in the likelihood of developing fibrosis, which leads to the restoration of reproductive function in the absence of adverse reactions and complications of treatment.
