FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to gynaecology, and can be used to restore reproductive function in patients with uterine infertility caused by chronic endometritis. There are two courses of treatment. In the same menstrual cycle, from 5–9th day, the uterine cavity is irrigated with 0.05% chlorhexidine cavitated solution in amount of 200–300 ml per procedure; the exposure duration is 3–5 minutes, 5 procedures daily, once a day. Second course: in the following menstrual cycle, from 5–9th day, the immunomodulatory therapy is used, which is carried out with a complex of exogenous natural antimicrobial peptides and cytokines Superlymph, suppositories in dose of 25 units 1 time a day rectally in the evening daily for 20 days. In the same menstrual cycle, from 5–9th day, the uterine cavity is irrigated with cavitated physiologic saline in amount of 200–300 ml per procedure, duration of exposure is 3–5 minutes, 5 procedures, daily, once a day. During both courses of treatment described above, the preparation dydrogesterone is used in amount of 1 tablet 10 mg once a day orally for 12 days during the second phase of the menstrual cycle from 14 to 25 days for 1–6 cycles before pregnancy.
