FIELD: medicine; gynecology; reproductive medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to gynecology, reproductive medicine and physiotherapy, it can be used in preparation for the procedure of in vitro fertilization (hereinafter – IVF) by cryoprotocol. The invention is based on the complex use of endometrial scratching and interference current therapy in order to increase the implantation potential of the endometrium and increase the frequency of clinical pregnancy among patients suffering from uterine infertility, against the background of endometrial dysfunction. At the first stage, preceding the IVF procedure by cryoprotocol, in the menstrual cycle, interference currents are applied. As a result of the intense impact of physical energy on the endometrium, the morphological structure and functional capabilities of the endometrium are restored due to the sanogenetic mechanisms of the organism, which is achieved as a result of trophotropic action, local immunomodulatory and defibrosant effects, improvement of hemodynamics in the uterine vessels and endometrial receptivity. The second stage is carried out 1.5-2 months after interference currents exposure, that is, after the end of the aftereffect of interference therapy. On the 6th-8th day of the menstrual cycle, in the IVF cryoprotocol program, endometrial scratching is performed against the background of cyclic hormone therapy, as a result of which, due to local microtrauma, the repair potential in the embryo transfer cycle increases, which leads to an increase in the implantation potential of the endometrium.
EFFECT: this combination affects all the pathogenetic mechanisms of endometrial dysfunction in patients with uterine infertility, promotes the restoration of the implantation consistency of the endometrium, which increases the frequency of clinical pregnancy.
