METHOD OF MODELING VIOLATIONS IN THE ORGANISM OF LABORATORY ANIMALS CAUSED BY NOISE EXPOSURE IN THE POST-CONTAINING PERIOD Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2655545 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine and concerns the simulation of the long-term effects of noise interference. For this purpose, animals are exposed to broadband noise of 100 dBA intensity daily for 4 hours, 5 times a week for 30 days. Then for further studies, animals are used from 30 to 120 days after the cessation of noise exposure.

EFFECT: method allows obtaining permanent changes in the nervous and immune systems in the post-contact period, which can be used in the development of treatment technologies and prevention of noise exposure.
