FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to production of axially symmetric thin-wall shells by mechanical, pressing, spinning in device. First, pipes are cut into billets, calibrating, thermal, mechanical processing and spinning treatment in one or several jumps with intermediate annealing by deforming tool in the form of rollers and mandrel of steel H12MF and/or 9XC with hardness of working surfaces HRC 58÷64. Spinning is performed in the device including three-roller support with deforming rollers and bearing assemblies, deforming mandrel. Rollers are made with triangular or trapezoidal profile of working surfaces. Wearproof fluorine-containing coating is applied on working surfaces of rollers, mandrel and bearings. Bearings are filled with fluorine-containing grease. Lubricant composition used is an emulsion of perfluoropolyether acid in industrial oil, as well as a lubricating-cooling liquid in the form of industrial oil.
EFFECT: higher structural strength, dimensional accuracy and quality of processed surface of shells.
