SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology and the food industry. Method for obtaining nanocapsules of the chlorella extract in sodium alginate is characterized in that sodium alginate is used as the nanocapsule coating, and the chlorella extract is used as the core, while the chlorella extract is slowly added to a suspension of sodium alginate in petroleum ether in the presence of 0.01 g of E472c as a surfactant, followed by stirring at 1,000 rpm, after which the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein the core:shell mass ratio is 1:3, or 1:5, or 1:1.
EFFECT: method for preparing nanocapsules of chlorella extract in sodium alginate is proposed.
