FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: chia seed powder is used as a core, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose is used as the nanocapsule coating at a core:coating ratio of 1:1 or 1:3. The method consists in slow addition of the chia seed powder to a suspension of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in petroleum ether in the presence of E472c as a surfactant, stirring at 1000 rpm, acetonitrile addition, after which the resulting suspension is filtered off and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process of nanoencapsulation, reducing accompanying loss.
