FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for measuring the flow rate of a liquid by passing it through a measuring device and can be used in engineering in booths for performing pneumohydraulic testing of various technical objects. Liquid from the pressure tank to the empty pipeline is passed through the start-up valve and the throttle device, which separates the flow into unconditional and cavitation flow regimes, and the measurement of the flow rate of the liquid is made by a flowmeter installed between them. Device for measuring the flow of liquid includes a throttling device consisting of two parts and a turbine flowmeter installed between them.
EFFECT: ensuring of the protection of the turbine of the flowmeter from the impact of the liquid dispersed in the empty pipeline, ensuring the stability of the flow of the liquid and measuring the flow with a given accuracy.
