FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation and can be used for measurement of small flow rates of water, ethyl alcohol, gasoline which contains or doesn't contain ethyl alcohol, diesel fuel, kerosene. The distinctive feature of the offered method of measurement of the liquid medium flow rate and the device for its implementation consists in determination of a final moment by the moment of registration of maximum frequency of resonant oscillations of electromagnetic field of an oscillating circuit, and also the use in design of the offered device of an inductance coil for adding of energy into the oscillating circuit and inductance coils for reading of frequency of resonant oscillations of the oscillating circuit. As a result the oscillating circuit is galvanically isolated from the measuring circuit.

EFFECT: expansion of arsenal of technical facilities for measurement of the liquid medium flow rate, measurement accuracy improvement, sensitivity and producibility of the device for measurement of liquid medium flow rate.
