FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment for the bulk materials separation by size and can be used in construction, mining, metallurgy and other industries. Screening device comprises a sieve mounted in a casing with an inclination including a frame with tensioned strings forming a sieving surface, strings attachment elements, tensioning devices and the gap between the strings adjusting mechanism. Frame is made in the form of two adjacent hinged parallelograms with common longitudinal strip. Gap adjusting mechanism is made in the form of a helical gear, which screw is mounted on the frame with the possibility of rotation and is located on one straight line with a common longitudinal strip, and the nut is interfaced with the adjacent hinged parallelograms transverse strips by means of two connecting side rods diametrically opposite connected to its surface. Frame transverse strips are made with a bend in the opposite direction from the sieving surface, and the combs with the equidistant grooves are fixed thereon with the possibility of placing strings therein. Sieve is equipped with unloading spouts, made in the form of plates mounted above the frame lower transverse strips, by the upper edge adjacent to the combs not higher than the screening surface level. Sieve is provided with a divider installed above the adjacent hinged parallelograms common longitudinal strip and made in the form of a profiled angle member facing upwards by the corner. Device is provided with plates for limiting the flow of material, the two upper ones are mounted on the casing inner side walls opposing each other at an angle to the sieving surface, and the two lower ones are fixed on the frame side longitudinal strips with the possibility of placing their upper edges in the angular gaps between the upper plates and the casing. Sieve is installed in the casing in the guides, with the possibility of moving out of the casing. Sieve inclination angle to the horizon is 50–70°. Casing is provided with L-section front swing doors, which hinges are arranged vertically on the casing side walls. In the casing upper end a hatch with a hinged cap is made, commensurate with the sieve width. Casing is equipped with the aspiration nozzle.
EFFECT: production of the minus material various fractions, simplicity of design, low metal consumption and high operational reliability.
