SUBSTANCE: invention relates to urban transport, namely, to heat supply and ventilation of the underground. Method of heat supply and cooling of the underground means that the thermodynamic treatment of the ventilation air is carried out by heating or cooling the supplied air due to the heat or cold resource of the exhaust air by successive processes of recovery and treatment by means of a heat pump system containing a heat pump, heat exchangers and a circulating loop of an evaporator with a heat exchanger and a circulating loop of a condenser with a heat exchanger. Herewith at a reduced load of heat supply in order to save electricity the heat pump system is converted into the second recovery stage by combining the evaporator loop using bypass pipelines with the heat exchanger for reclaiming the heat of the exhaust air and the condenser loop with the heat exchanger for supplied air heating into one circulation loop, and the heat pump is switched off.

EFFECT: technical result is saving the electrical energy.
