PROCESSING LINE FOR SIMULTANEOUS PROCESSING OF VARIOUS PROBLEM WASTES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC B09B3/00 C02F9/02 C05F9/02

Abstract RU 2741102 C2

FIELD: ecology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecology, namely to environmentally safe conversion of wastes into valuable products using supercritical technology (SCT). Process line for simultaneous processing of various problem wastes and effluents comprises a supercritical technology module, to the input of which a pulp preparation unit is configured to receive wastes, a liquid phase separated by a first separator configured to separate the liquid phase from the grinding products by the mill, made with possibility of organic wastes milling, municipal wastewater sediment, sludge and sludge, mixed solid domestic wastes. First separator is configured to separate powdered metals. First outlet of the supercritical gas module is connected to the input of the second gas separator. Second output of the supercritical technology module by mineral residue is connected to the third solid fraction separator, made with possibility to separate powder non-ferrous metals from the mineral component. Second gas separator is designed with the possibility of SCT gas dehydration, and its steam output is connected to the electric power generator, the output of which is connected to the distilled water collector by the steam condensate. Gas outlet of gas separator is connected to post-treatment system designed to produce gas with methane content of 97.5%, P = 200 bar. Process line further comprises a system for processing organic, including food, wastes, comprising a serially installed squeezing unit, the liquid phase output of which is connected to the pulp preparation unit, and the solid phase output is connected to a disinfection unit and conventional drying, the output of which is combined with the output along the mineral component of the solid fraction separator and connected to a mixing unit configured to obtain granular organo-mineral fertilizers.

EFFECT: process line improves environmental situation in its operation area.
