FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method for obtaining biologically active substances - pesticides and growth regulators - includes mixing humus-containing raw materials with a solvent, extraction in a reactor to obtain a finished product, and zoohumus or a mixture of larvae of insects of the suborder Brachycera Orthorrhapha formed as a result of processing of organic substrates by the larvae of insects of the suborder Brachycera Orthorrhapha and insect pupae in the ratio zoohumus: podmor 1: (0.01-2), while the raw material before mixing with the solvent is ground to obtain a fraction from 0.01 to 20 mm, treated with alkaline or acidic solutions to create a pH of the mixture from 4.0 to 9, kept in closed or open intermediate containers for 0.1-24 hours, and mixing of raw materials with a solvent is carried out in a ratio from 1: 1 to 1: 100.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the time and costs for obtaining biologically active substances.
