FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of building material production, namely, the production of sulfur concrete goods. Method of concrete production using technical sulfur as a binder includes the loading of components into bins, heating of components, dosing of components and mixing them in a mixer. In this case, the components of the mixture are loaded into three hoppers, two of which are loaded with inert components, and one with sulfur. In bins with loaded components, the first stage of heating is produced. From the heated bunkers through feeders, each component of the mixture is sent to its auger-heater. In screw-type heaters, a second stage of the components heating is carried out. From the auger-heaters, all components of the mixture are sent to a multicomponent dispenser for weighing. After that, from the multicomponent dispenser through the loading window with the gate, the components are sent to at least one heated mixer, in which a third heating step is carried out, during which the mixture is heated to 130–140 °C. They are stirred and then discharged from the mixer with a shutter. Also an installation for producing concrete using binder as technical sulfur is described.

EFFECT: increase in the uniformity of component heating, reduction in heat loss level, increase in the speed of recruitment, concrete mixture of the desired temperature is obtained when only dry components are added to the mixer, improved quality of the mixture, increase in the productivity.
