FIELD: manufacture of sulfuric concrete mixtures and articles. SUBSTANCE: line has sand-gravel mixture and mineral powder supplying units, drying and mixing units, tank for receiving ready mixture, binder heater, fuel tank, heat generator, heat-carrier pumping plant, pneumatic system, dust collecting system, and electric equipment. Line is further provided with sulfuric melt temperature stabilizing unit, binder temperature stabilizing unit made in the form of controlled heater disposed in working zone of sulfuric melt doser pump with permissible error during heating not exceeding plus and minus 4 C. Shock wave emitters are positioned at accumulating vessel exit end and adjacent to ready article molding zone, with shock wave pulsed pressure reaching 10 Pa. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified production cost by employing standard equipment and reduced power consumption. 1 dwg
