FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: distributed X-ray device, externally provided with thermionic cathodes, comprises: vacuum box (3), sealed all around and having high vacuum inside; a plurality of electron emission units (1) independent of each other and arranged on the side wall of vacuum box (3) in a linear array; anode (2) installed in the middle part within vacuum box (3), anode paralleling the linear arrangement of electron emission units (1) in the length direction, and forming a preset angle with the mounting plane of electron emission units (1) in the width direction; each of the electron emission units being located outside the vacuum box, power supply and control system (7) having high-voltage power supply (702), focusing power supply (704), emission control device (703), and control system (701), wherein each of electron emission units (1) comprises: heating filament (101); cathode (102) connected to heating filament (101), insulating support (103) encompassing cathode (102) and filament (101), focusing electrode (104) configured on the top of insulating support (103) in the form of being located over cathode (102), connection fastener (105) configured over focusing electrode (104) and hermetically connected to the wall of vacuum box (3); and filament leads (106) connected to emission control device (703) through insulating support (103).
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of the design and increase in the stability and reliability of the device.
