SUBSTANCE: device for distributed X-ray radiation with a two-dimensional matrix comprises: vacuum chamber (3) sealed around the periphery and having a high vacuum inside; several electron emission units (1) located in a plane on wall of vacuum chamber (3) with two-dimensional arrangement; anode (2) comprising anode mirrors (202) corresponding to several electron emission units (1) and made in vacuum chamber (3) so, to be parallel to plane in which several electron emission units (1) are located; and power and control system (7), comprising high-voltage power supply (702) connected to anode (2), filament power supply (704), connected to each of several electron emission units (1), grid control device (703) connected to each of several electron emission units (1), and control system (701) used to control each power supply source, wherein anode comprises anode plate (201) made from metal material and parallel to upper surfaces of electron emission units (1), and several mirrors (202) mounted on anode plate (201) and arranged to correspond to positions of blocks (1) electron emission, respectively; wherein bottom surfaces of anode mirrors (202) are connected to plate (201) of anode, and upper surfaces of mirrors (202) of anode form with preset angle plate (201) of anode.
