FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device for distributed X-ray radiation comprises: vacuum chamber (3) sealed on periphery and having high vacuum inside; several electrons emission units (1), individually independent from each other and arranged in a linear row to be mounted on one end of vacuum chamber (3); anode (2) installed on other end in vacuum chamber (3), in direction of length parallel to plane, in which there are screens (103) of electrons emission units (1), and in direction of width forming with this plane angle of specified value; power supply and control system (7) comprising high-voltage power supply (702), filament filed power supply (704), grid control device (703) and control system (701), wherein each electron emission unit (1) comprises: filament (101), cathode (102) connected to filament (101), filament lead (105) extending from two ends of filament (101), screen (103) provided above cathode (102) and opposite to it, insulating support element (104) having a hole and surrounding cathode (102) and filament (101), and connecting and fixing element (109), connected on outer end of lower end of insulating support element (104); and filament heating source (704) connected to filament lead (105).
EFFECT: high accuracy of controlling electron beams.
