FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to installations for manufacturing a composite heat-distributing sheet material based on natural graphite, which can be used in energy-saving systems for the removal and distribution of heat from the tubular meanders of the radiant ceiling panels of heating and air conditioning systems of premises. Apparatus for manufacturing composite heat-distributing sheet material comprises series-arranged device for unwinding metallic material, perforation press with pulling rollers, guillotine shears, a container for metal sheets, a container for graphite sheets, a conveyor for feeding blanks of composite material, a heat treatment device, a rolling stand, a trimming unit, conveyor for moving the finished composite heat-distributing sheet material to the transport packaging, as well as a gas-air mixture cleaning unit. Above the container for metal sheets, the container for graphite sheets and the conveyor for feeding the blanks of the composite material, a manipulator is mounted with a possibility of reciprocating movement along the direction of feeding of the metal and graphite sheets, said manipulator having a frame with vacuum suckers, mounted vertically and reciprocally, and a manipulator with a head for applying an adhesive composition, arranged to move across the direction of feeding of the metal and graphite sheets, is disposed above the conveyor for feeding blanks along the direction of feeding metal and graphite sheets.
EFFECT: invention improves strength characteristics of the finished composite heat-distributing sheet material.
