FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and can be used in the manufacture of energy-saving radiant heating and air conditioning systems. Plant for manufacturing a heat-distributing material comprises a sequentially installed graphite intercalation reactor 1 and neutralizer reactor 8 with respective cooling units 2 and 10, thermolysis unit 11, two return-flow cyclones 14 and 15, gas/air mixture post-treatment cyclone 16, fan 20 and gas emission neutralization unit consisting of bag filter 22 and nitrogen oxide reduction unit 23. Behind thermolysis unit 11, receiving tray-distributor 24, pre-rolling mill 25 and rolling mill consisting of two rolling roll stands 26 and 27 are arranged in series. Above graphite intercalation reactor 1, graphite dispenser 3 and metering pump 4 for supplying concentrated nitric acid are disposed. Reactor-neutralizer 8 is connected to dispenser 9 for supplying carbamide. Between rolling roll stands 26 and 27, device 31 for cutting edges of the resultant heat-distributing material can be disposed. Behind the rolling mill, device 32 for lateral cutting the resultant heat-distributing material can be disposed.
EFFECT: plant for manufacturing the heat-distributing material provides an efficient and non-waste technology by eliminating the formation of liquid waste.
