FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the oil and gas production industry and is intended for oil well pump drive. Pumping unit contains: base, a support post on which a balance bar with a pivotally attached head is disposed, connected to a bearing mounted on the support post, electric motor, an additional balancing system having a support made in the form of a pipe installed on an independent foundation. Inside the support, a load is suspended and moved, connected with the polished rod by a flexible rod, thrown over the roller block. In the lower part of the lateral surface of the pipe, a hatch and a discharge device are made at the level of the load. In the lower third of the length of the balancing system, located below the surface of the ground, radial holes are provided that communicate the cavity of the hollow basement with the earth rock. Upper third of the hollow foundation is equipped with a valve mechanism mounted on the packer. Receiving part of the valve is connected by a hydraulic channel to the top of the hollow foundation. Flap valve is hydraulically connected to the perforations. In the lower part of the balancing system, there is a box with a discharge device built into it, which is a latch. Hatch is made in the box, the dimensions of which exceed the dimensions of the cargo.
EFFECT: improved design of the disposal installation for sediment, falling into the support of the additional balancing system, and a discharge mechanism is created.
