FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the oil and gas production industry and is intended for oil well pump drive. Pumping unit comprises a base, a support post, a rocker with a head pivotally attached to it, connected to a bearing, an electric motor. Additional balancing system has a support made in the form of a pipe installed on an independent foundation. Inside the pipe there is a load suspended and moved, connected with the polished rod by a flexible rod, which is thrown over the roller unit, in the lower part of the side surface of the pipe at the level of the load there is a hatch and a unloading device. Load is suspended on a polished rod connected to the polished rod of the pumping unit by a flexible rope, which is thrown over the roller unit. Inside the pipe of the balancing system the gland seal is installed, which isolates the cargo from ingress of sediments and centering the polished stock of the load. Perforated holes for removal of sediments are made above the stuffing box seal.

EFFECT: simplified design by improving the system for removing sediments, falling inside additional support balancing system, simplified installation.
