FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and is intended for drive of sucker-rod pumps operating in intermittent mode. Pumping unit comprises a base, a support post, on which there located is a rocker with a head, connected to a bearing installed on a support post, an electric motor, a balancing system made in form of a balancing counterweight installed on the rear arm of a balancer, which is moved by means of a screw passing through counterweight. Counter balancing counterweight is arranged to move on two guide supports arranged on top of balance beam on fixtures.
EFFECT: balancing process automation, higher accuracy of balancing and, consequently, higher reliability of the pumping unit.
