SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a content supply device to implement rapid zapping among channels in HTTP dynamic adaptive streaming (DASH). Disclosed is a content supply device, which generates a segment stream for zapping by segmenting streaming data for zapping among a plurality of instances of streaming data into the smallest units when receiving of the streaming data is switched, according to a timing with another channel, unicast distributes the segment stream for zapping, multicast distributes the segment stream for zapping and generates a metafile for a receiving side to receive the segment stream for zapping which is unicast and multicast distributed.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling to simultaneously supply many pieces of content, having different objects, so that the viewer is able to perform channel switching operations for a short time while searching for content to view.
