FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering, to testing and evaluating the loading of elements of the bearing systems of machines. Essence: samples of the elements of the machine's bearing system are subjected to fatigue tests, the fatigue curve is obtained, the work calculated according to the endurance limit of this sample, the structural element for the corresponding test base is taken as the total required operation of external forces spent on the destruction of the sample; the work of external forces according to the loading process of the sample in operation is calculated only on the oscillogram sections, on which the deformation of the part under the action of the external force occurs; the work on the accepted time interval or track segment is defined as the sum of the single operations of the process of amplitude voltages; the resource of the real sample or of structural element is calculated as the ratio of the total work of external forces, which is spent on the destruction of the sample, to the sum of the work of external forces at the accepted time interval or path segment.
EFFECT: ability to design new products with optimal weight for the specified specifications; dramatically reduce the cost of repairing the load-bearing machine systems, and in most cases, to exclude it; to update the existing systems; to reduce the cost of the manufactured construction, as well as to increase the efficiency of the technical system.
