SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry. Microsensor and a method for determining the concentration of mold fungi cells in aqueous and air media, as well as a method for producing this microsensor, are proposed. Microsensor contains a system of interdigital microelectrodes placed on a dielectric substrate, where the pin part of the microelectrodes are located at a distance from 1 to 20 microns and the region of the interdigital part of the microelectrodes is modified with a poly(3-aminophenylboric acid) polymer. Method for obtaining a microsensor involves electropolymerizing a monomer of 3-aminophenylboric acid on interdigital microelectrodes. Method of determining the concentration of mold fungi includes placing a microsensor in the aqueous medium under study or an air flow, registration of electrochemical impedance spectra, determination of poly(3-aminophenylboric acid) from the polymer resistance spectra, and determination of the quantitative content of mold fungi according to the calibration dependence.

EFFECT: inventions provide detection of the presence of microorganisms with high accuracy.
