FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a biopreparation for cleaning aqueous media and soils from heavy metals, radionuclides and lignin components based on biomass of bacterial and fungal strains, which is a mixture of culture suspensions of bacterial biomass with content of bacterial biomass of not less than 5 g/l on dry substance and biomass of fungi with content of fungi biomass of not less than 20 g/l on dry substance, taken at volume ratio of 1-3:1, respectively, with titre CFU/ml of not less than 1×107 or a concentrated dry form containing a biomass of fungi and bacteria at a given content of initial components, wherein the fungi used are basidiomycete Panus tigrinus VKPM F-8/18 or micromycete Penicillium chrysogenum VKPM F-1373, bacteria used is a strain of actinobacteria Pseudonocardia carboxydivorans VKPM AC-2046 or a composition of bacterial strains Arthrobacter globiformis AC-1232 and Pseudonocardia carboxydivorans VKPM AC-2046, taken at ratio of 1:1.
