METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF A TOUCH MATERIAL AND A SENSOR ON ITS BASIS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N27/26

Abstract RU 2677077 C2

FIELD: electrochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical methods of analysis. According to the invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a sensor material and a sensor based on it by imprinting with hydroxy acids of boronate-substituted polyaniline. Method for producing a sensory material based on a conductive boronate-substituted polyaniline for determining the concentration of sugars and hydroxy acids includes electropolymerization with a constant increase in the oxidation current of the monomer at the value of the anode potential, providing it with oxidation, from a solution of 3-aminophenylboronic acid containing a hydroxy acid capable of binding to a boron monomer group to form a conductive poly(3-aminophenylboronic acid) polymer, characterized by the property of reducing the resistance when interacting with sugars and hydroxy acids. Resulting sensor material on the surface of the electrode is a conductive substituted polyaniline, characterized by the ability to increase conductivity as a result of the interaction of functional substituents (boronic acid groups) in the polymer with hydroxy acids and sugars.

EFFECT: sensor based on the developed sensor material has improved analytical characteristics in comparison with the previously known sensors based on poly-APBA.
