FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical mask having antimicrobial and antibacterial effect, including against mycobacteria tuberculosis; to the method of its manufacture and application. Proposed mask is medical antibacterial, possessing antimicrobial and antibacterial action, including in relation to mycobacteria tuberculosis, can be used in general medical practice for individual protection of respiratory organs from infections transmitted by airborne droplets. It is especially effective in pulmonology, tuberculosis dispensaries, in places of deprivation of liberty, in situations when there is a high risk of tuberculosis. Medical antibacterial mask is a three-layer medical mask of spunbond, ultrasound treated, a solution containing components: 20 ml of hydrogen peroxide, 200 ml of 6 % food vinegar; 2 ml of colloidal silver, 6 ml of a mixture of 100 % natural essential oils (2 ml of essential oil of tea tree, 2 ml of essential oil of thyme, 2 ml of essential oil of eucalyptus), diluted in alcoholic tincture of hawthorn in a ratio of one to five, water to a volume of 1 liter, past drying, vacuum drying and packed in individual packaging. Method of manufacturing the medical mask differs from those previously known in that it includes the ultrasound treatment of a multi-layer blank for a mask of a medical antibacterial nonwoven material with a solution containing hydrogen peroxide, food vinegar, colloidal silver, mixture of 100 % natural essential oils (essential oil of tea tree, essential oil of thyme, essential oil of eucalyptus), diluted in alcoholic tincture of hawthorn, its further pressing, drying by vacuum and individual packing, which guarantees defense against penetration of water, oxygen and light. Method of applying a medical antibacterial mask according to 1, according to which it is used for personal protection, individual protection of the respiratory tract from airborne infections, including from mycobacteria tuberculosis.
EFFECT: medical antibacterial mask, way of its manufacturing and way of application is proposed.
