FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. What is described is a medical dressing representing a linen cloth fragment impregnated with a solution containing, wt %: halite 2.0, sodium bicarbonate 1.5, colloidal silver 2.0, castor oil 2.5, rectified ethyl alcohol from food raw material 7.5, 5% alcoholic iodine solution 0.1 and distilled water 84.4 ml. What is described is a method for producing the medical dressing consisting in the fact that distilled water is sequentially added with halite, sodium bicarbonate, colloidal silver, castor oil pre-diluted with rectified ethyl alcohol from food raw material, 5% alcoholic iodine solution in the normal environment, and mixed. What is described is a method for using the medical dressing, which is consists in covering a wound with the dressing to be fixed until the following dressing manipulation.
EFFECT: method is easy to implement and contains non-toxic substances.
