SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a transparent diffusing OLED substrate. Transparent substrate includes the following layers: transparent flat substrate of inorganic glass, having a refractive index of 1.45 to 1.65; rough layer having a low refractive index and containing inorganic particles; leveling layer of enamel having a high refractive index, which is of between 1.8 and 2.1. Inorganic particles are attached to one side of the substrate by means of enamel. Inorganic particles are located near or on the surface of enamel or protrude from it, creating a surface roughness, characterized by the arithmetic mean deviation Ra, which is from 0.15 to 3 μm. Inorganic particles and enamel simultaneously have a refractive index of 1.45 to 1.65.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the light output of the OLED substrate.
