SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a transparent diffusing OLED substrate. Scattering substrate includes the following layers: a transparent flat substrate of inorganic glass, having a refractive index of 1.45 to 1.65; a layer having a low roughness coefficient and containing inorganic particles; a layer of enamel having a low roughness coefficient and a high refractive index of 1.8 to 2.1. Inorganic particles are attached to one side of the substrate by means of an inorganic binder. Inorganic particles are located near or on the surface of the enamel or protrude out of it, creating a surface roughness, which is characterized by the arithmetic mean deviation Ra of 0.15 to 3 mcm. Inorganic binder and enamel have a refractive index of 1.45 to 1.65.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the light output of the OLED substrate.
