FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics, in particular, to the broadband soundproofing, and can be used as the protection means against noise. Acoustic casing contains rigid walls, fitting the protective equipment in shape, and associated with them perforated walls, between which the sound-absorbing lining is located, rigid walls form the congruent to the equipment profile, equipped with noise silencers for the process units output and heat removal, at that the rigid walls form the profile of removable, sliding or bonnet types, which is mounted on the base by means of vibration isolating pads, for example of KV-1 or KV-2 type rugs; according to the invention, the sound-absorbing lining is made with resonant inserts and comprises smooth and perforated surfaces, between which a complex shaped sound-absorbing material layer is arranged, which is an alternation of solid areas and hollow sections, the hollow sections being formed by prismatic surfaces having cross-section, parallel to the plane of the drawing, the shape of a parallelogram, which internal surfaces have a toothed structure, herewith the vertices of the teeth face the inside of the prismatic surfaces, and the edges of the prismatic surfaces are fixed respectively on the smooth and perforated walls, the cavities of the hollow sections formed by the prismatic surfaces being filled with a sound absorber, and between a smooth surface and solid sections of a layer of sound-absorbing material of a complex shape, as well as between the perforated surface and solid areas, there are resonant plates with resonant inserts that perform the functions of the throats of the Helmholtz resonators.
EFFECT: increase the noise reduction efficiency by increase in the sound absorption coefficient by increase in the sound absorption surfaces while preserving the casing overall dimensions.
