SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for punching an unwinding film. Above device comprises a supply means, punching element and film receiving means, conveyor belt with a permeable flat surface, configured to allow the penetration of the punching element. Above conveyor belt has a certain travel speed and is configured to receive the unwinding film and move it in a certain direction. Above device comprises a spinner, a supporting structure with a punching element is rotated around its axis of rotation.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability of the device, the quality of the punching with the possibility of repeated reproduction.
