, Kminc , Kmincp by calculating ratios K^iN= K_i/Kmini, K^cpN = K_cp / Kmincp, K^cN= K_c / Kminc. At least one of the normalized coefficients K^iN, K^cN, K^cpN being less than 1, person readiness to innovation activities is estimated negatively. The values of K^iN, K^cN, K^cpN being found greater than 1, person readiness to innovation activities is estimated positively. Rating coefficient K_r of a person is calculated as arithmetic mean or geometric mean of normalized values of K^iN, K^cN, K^cpN or from a formula K_r = [(K^iN)²+( K^cN)²+( K^cpN)²]^1/2. The higher is the rating coefficient value, the higher person readiness to innovation activities is estimated.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of the method.
