SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of "smart" houses. Such a result is achieved by the fact that when receiving an image request sent from the intelligent mat through the transfer device, images of the position in which the intellectual mat is located to obtain the first image are received, wherein the image request is triggered, when the user uses the intelligent mat; information about the user's eye is determined and identification information of the equipment based on the first image is determined, while identification information about the equipment allows to determine the target intelligent equipment being the object of management; then identification information about the equipment and the eye information is sent to the transfer device for controlling the target intelligent equipment by the transmission device based on the identification information about the equipment and the eye information.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide the ability to control the target intelligent device without a remote control.
