SUBSTANCE: invention relates to network communication technologies. Method comprises: the adoption by the intermediate system (IS) in the network topology of the pre-assigned intermediate system (IS) in the network topology as the root of the tree and the execution of a routing algorithm with the definition of the shortest path SPF to compute a non-truncated propagation tree that reaches all intermediate systems (ISs) in the network topology; and the execution by the intermediate system (IS) in the network topology of flooding of the LSP packet of the routing protocol data block based on the channel state over the propagation tree.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the network performance.
