SUBSTANCE: data transmission method comprises the significant downlink data frame caching for the user equipment by the first network side device in the process of the user equipment control transfer and after notifying by the second network side device of the significant downlink data frame caching received on the user data transmission line; and sending the significant downlink data cached frame by the network side first device after the user equipment control transfer and upon notification by the second network side device of the caching termination and about sending of the significant downlink data cached frame.

EFFECT: reduction in the data retransmission length and auto-adjustment data delaying by user data caching and sending it after completion of the control transfer, which prevents the user data loss.
