SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. To achieve the target result, the steps are provided at which: with the user's device the first information from the radio access device is received, the first information indicating different transmission classes corresponding to multiple logical channels; with the user’s device, based on the first information, an upperlink data transmission format is determined over at least one logical channel corresponding to at least one transmission class in different transmission classes, and a transmission resource in the transmission format is determined; and with the user’s device upperlink data are transmitted using the transmission format and the transmission resource in the transmission format.

EFFECT: it is achieved that with different transmission resources for upperlink data on LCHs of different transmission classes, different requirements of different upperlink data are met.
