When a data abnormality occurs in the in-band communication during the execution of the in-band communication and still before the charging of a battery (12) and reverse power flow processing are started, in-band communication is continued as long as the data abnormality is not such an extent that it is impossible to perform charging and reverse power flow processing, and the charging and the reverse power flow processing are executed within the range of the restriction caused by the data abnormality.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of transmission and reception of energy by the vehicle.
