FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for the processing equipment, including weaving looms vibration isolation. Vibration isolator for machines comprises body and interacting with the object resilient member. Body is made in the form of at least two vertical posts made of resilient material. Posts are rigidly fixed on basis of vibration isolator. In cover there are holes for posts so that gaps between posts and cover are formed. Cover is connected by means of S-shaped lever with vibration isolated object. Chamfer is made on cover, in which bending point rests against upper shelves S-shaped lever. Bottom flange is fixed by stud at base of vibration isolator. Resilient member is made in the form of spring, which is made helical cylindrical and consists of two parts with oppositely directed ends. First spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges and second part is made hollow. On-coming end of first part is located in cavity of second part. Gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction grease. Sealing gasket is mounted at end of second spring part to prevent grease leakage. First part of screw spring is embraced by a tube of damping material, for example, polyurethane. Between the S-shaped lever base and the bottom flange, the damper is arranged comprising body with piston, at that, the body is made in the form of the cylinder with bottom, in which a piston is arranged made in the form of cup with parallel to each other and coaxial to the body top and bottom collars, which are located relative to the body inner surface with a gap, and between the collars friction material is located. Spring located between the piston and the body bottom rests against the piston lower surface, wherein the cavity between the piston and the body bottom, in which the spring is located is filled with a friction material with a higher friction coefficient. Piston upper collar upper surface rests against the resilient ring connected to the stop member, made, for example, in the form of retaining ring fixed in the housing cylinder inner surface groove,at that, through the resilient ring the stop member contacting the piston upper collar upper surface, holding it in its original state. As the located between the piston collars friction material, a sintered friction material based on copper containing zinc, iron, lead, graphite, vermiculite, copper, chromium, antimony and silicon is used. Located between the piston and the body bottom spring is made in the form of a conical spring, which turns are covered with a vibration damping material, for example, polyurethane.
EFFECT: efficient damping in resonance mode.
