FIELD: ship building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding and can be used, for example, in the construction of aircraft carriers. Vessel contains at least two decks, top and bottom. Top deck in the middle part of the longitudinal axis is pivotally mounted on the bottom deck with the ability to rotate around the fixing point in a vertical plane and is provided with additional supports. As a support for the top deck, the pistons of the hydraulic cylinders are used, the number and layout of which are selected based on the conditions for limiting the maximum strain from bending the upper deck. Each hydraulic cylinder is provided with a working fluid supply valve connected through a pressure line with a pressure accumulator, and a working fluid discharge valve connected through a return line to a reservoir for the working fluid, which is connected to the pressure accumulator by means of a pump. Vessel is equipped with a control unit, which is connected to the valves for supply and discharge of the working fluid. On the top deck there is a sensor connected to the control unit, registering the deviation of the top deck from the horizontal.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of the vessel's use by mitigating restrictions on sea waves.
