FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment and refers the laser emitters spectral line width measuring device. Device comprises input optical directional coupler, adjustment arm, measuring arm, output directional coupler, photodetector and spectrum analyzer. Adjustment arm includes attenuator, controlled optical phase shifter and polarization controller, which output is connected to one of the output coupler inputs. To control the adjustment arm elements, the mode stabilization circuit is introduced, which outputs are connected to the attenuator, phase shifter, and polarization controller inputs, and the input is connected to the photodetector. Measuring arm includes the Fabry-Perot scanning interferometer, which output is connected to the output coupler input. To control the interferometer, the control circuit is introduced, which output is connected to the interferometer control input. To ensure the control synchronization, the spectrum analyzer scan output is connected to the mode stabilization circuit and control circuit inputs.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the measurements results obtaining accuracy and speed, with possibility of the device characteristics prompt adjustment depending on the measurement conditions.
